Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Thank you for supporting my work and choosing a handcrafted piece from my shop. Every piece of jewelry is personally made by hand and crafted to order. Because I create each item individually rather than keeping pre-made inventory on the shelf, please allow 2–3 weeks for me to complete your order before it ships. During busy seasons or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods

Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

All orders are shipped through USPS.

• Free Standard Shipping is included with every order.

• If you would like your package delivered faster after it has been completed, expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional charge.

• Please note that selecting expedited shipping does not reduce the 2–3 week production time. It only affects the shipping speed after your item has been made.

Signature Confirmation

For added security, Signature Confirmation can be added to your shipment upon request for an additional $5 USPS fee. Please contact me before your order ships if you would like this service added.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order. I am not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been shipped and accepted by USPS, I am not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages. Any delivery issues should be addressed directly with USPS using the tracking information provided.
